Description: Crispy, golden-brown fried chicken seasoned to perfection.

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole chicken (cut into pieces)
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Marinate chicken pieces in buttermilk for at least 2 hours.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dredge each piece of chicken in the flour mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a deep skillet and fry chicken until golden and cooked through, about 15-20 minutes.
