Meatloaf
A hearty and comforting meatloaf made with ground beef and seasonings.
Ingredients
- 500g ground beef
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a baking dish.
- Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through. Serve with mashed potatoes.
Notes
- Ground hamburger : Don’t bother searching out a unique meatloaf blend; standard 80% lean, 20% fat ground meat tastes fabulous.
